The Coco Club would like to welcome The Rewrites, as they perform live at the Coco Club, on Friday, September 25.

A LITTLE ABOUT “THE REWRITES”:
Started in the summer of 2008 by a trio of childhood friends, The Rewrites are an alternative rock outfit focused on collaborative creativity and honest self-expression. Based on the south side, we aim to create music that is a reflection of our individual and eclectic personalities.

The Rewrites is described as an Alternation Rock band, with catchy electric melodies and heavy instrumentals that gets the crowed on there feet.

The band possesses a heavy Chicago influence, while you’re hearing one of their songs or watching them live you are able to hear the rich Chicago influence in their songs.
